OUR MISSION
Initially conceived as Trade Bindery in 1979, the Charlebois family has been in the bindery business for over 40 years. Owner and president of Superior- Donny Charlebois- joined his family’s trade bindery operation in 1986 and established what we know today as Superior Packaging and Finishing in 1990 in Rockland, Massachusetts. Over the next 20 years Superior made significant investments to branch out from solely a bindery operation into finishing and packaging, predominantly accomplished via a series of acquisitions from 2001-2011. In 2014 Superior acquired its current facilities in Braintree and has since expanded into a 2 plant operation; specializing in digital print, packaging, book manufacturing, and E-Commerce. Our business structure and mission is dynamic, ready to tackle any new challenges within the print industry.
